I only use these shoes in the gym but they seem fine. The sol of the shoe is very hard when I first put them on but after a few minutes I don’t mind it. I don’t think they would work if you had to stand all day in them. But for the gym or running they are nice.

I have been looking for some running shoes for quite a while now, i seen these on amazon i love em!!!!! And when i recieved them i loved them even more. Thank you Amazon!!!!!!!!
