I've been wearing these shoes for a bit more than a month now. They're very comfortable - the "cantilever" heel makes it pretty shock absorbent. We walk a few miles each day, primarily on concrete or asphalt. The wear has shown up, but it's reasonable wear. I also wore them hiking in the Catalina mountains near Tucson. They worked just fine on rocky trails. I'd order them again!

This shoe was rated #2 at half the price of #1 by Consumer Reports. It replaced A333 last year and is just as good. I have 5 pair in 3 colors. I only wear these shoes except for weddings and funerals.

Usually shoes fit me, I don't have unusual size feet, wide or long. This pair of AVIA, although handsome looking and well built for my first impressions, has a stiff shortness to the front end, making an annoying rubbing on the little and big toe. I have never bought 'out of size' in my entire adult life, and unfortunately for me and my purchase price, I wish I had bought a half size larger.
